These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mimosaco.com (the "Site"), operated by Dreamcatcher Studio LLC (dba Mimosa & Co.) ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site.

2. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Many of our products are personalized to your specifications, including custom locations, coordinates, and engraved text. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the personalization details you submit before completing your order (including spelling, dates, and map location). Once production has started, personalized orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled — see our Refund Policy.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of order through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another payment method we offer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, in which case we will issue a full refund.

4. SHIPPING
Estimated production and shipping times are provided on our Shipping Policy page. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Dreamcatcher Studio LLC (dba Mimosa & Co.) and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

6. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with marketing our products, including on the Site and in advertising.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamcatcher Studio LLC (dba Mimosa & Co.) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
